Our community centers provide people 55 years and older with a welcoming place to meet others.

Be active, participate in social programs, learn about important health topics, or just enjoy a cup of coffee and good conversation.

There is no cost to visit or join activities.

Designed to be an extension of your home, the living room is a space where members can enjoy a friendly, comfortable place to relax and socialize with others, play games and meet new friends.

The Modern Fitness Studio provides our guests a way to stay active.

Regular exercise can help improve heart health, strength and balance.

Our workout equipment has special features to make getting on and off much easier.

Our certified personal trainers meet with you one on one to show you how to use the equipment, and they can create a workout program tailored to your unique needs.

Whether you're new to a fitness program, or have been exercising for years, you can get a great workout.

In our classroom you can join special classes that teach about healthy brain aging, Mindfulness and other important health-related topics.

Come enjoy our line dancing, pilates and yoga classes, or catch a weekly movie with your friends.

³È×ÓÊÓƵapp Care patients can complete important annual wellness exams and other health screenings with an ³È×ÓÊÓƵapp Care nurse practitioner in a comfortable and private setting.

Also available to ³È×ÓÊÓƵapp Care patients is access to our onsite customer service advocates.

They can meet with you face to face to help you answer your billing questions, find the right doctor or tell you about our services.
