The Modern Fitness Studio provides?our guests a way to stay active.

Regular exercise can help improve?heart health, strength and balance.

Our workout equipment has special features?to make getting on and off much easier.

Our certified personal trainers?meet with you one on one?to show you how to use the equipment,?and they can create?a workout program?tailored to your unique needs.

Whether you're new to a fitness program,?or have been exercising for years,?you can get a great workout.

In our classroom?you can join special classes?that teach about healthy brain aging,?Mindfulness?and other important health related topics.

Come enjoy our line?dancing, pilates and yoga classes,?or catch a weekly movie with your friends.
