During your 橙子视频app Specialty Pharmacy onboarding, your patient care coordinator will help you set up 橙子视频app Connections.
You're then able to call or live chat within our patient portal to schedule your private virtual appointment. Once scheduled, we'll send you a link for secure video chat with a pharmacist trained in your condition.
During your virtual visit, the pharmacist can:

- Teach you how to inject your medication

Our team will work with your discharge coordinator or case manager while you're still in the hospital to ensure a smooth transfer for your treatment before, during and after your discharge. You can schedule a virtual visit both while you're still in the hospital as well as once you're home.
